Basic warranty conditions
The air conditioning must be installed by an authorized installer.
The condition for the warranty to be maintained are maintenance inspections carried out by an authorized installer:
– for indoor air conditioners the inspection takes place not less frequently than once a year,
– for indoor office air conditioners the inspection takes place at least twice a year,
– for indoor technical air conditioners the inspection takes place at least 3 times a year.
Reporting the failure of the air conditioner should be directed to the Authorized Installer who last performed a periodic, mandatory technical inspection.
